Flimp Video Email Marketing Campaign Reporting Dashboard


When video based email marketing and communications campaigns are launched using Flimp, detailed campaign and viewer data is collected instantly and reported by email address in the Flimp Reporting Dashboard. The Flimp Dashboard reports aggregate campaign data by Views, Video Starts, Watches to Completion, and Viewer Responses as well as detailed viewer interactions, responses and forwarding activity data by individual email address. The Campaign Traffic Monitor measures your viewer activity over time by views, video starts, video watches to completion, and response links clicked by individual viewers. Click on any of the bar graphs to see individual viewer activity by email address.


The Direct Response Pie Chart section shows marketers exactly how many people have clicked each response link on their flimp landing page or custom flash content. Click on any section of the pie chart to drill down to individual viewer response by email address.


The Key Performance Indicators window aggregates and displays summarized vital campaign statistics such as :
  • Total viewing time and average viewing time
  • Number of video starts and watches to completion
  • Total viewing success rate and completion rate
  • Response rates, viral recipients and Form completions
Detailed viewer data by email address can be accessed for each of the key performance indicators as well as Send to a Friend and Response form data filled out by viewers.


Related Viewer Activity by Email Address is displayed in the upper right quadrant of the Reporting Dashboard whenever a specific analytic metric is clicked. This enables the marketer to "drill down" to individual viewer activity related to any information.


Flimp Reports can be changed, refreshed, exported or refined by date range using the task bar at the top of the Reporting Dashboard.
