Objective and Style

The first step in the process is to discuss your video objectives and budget range to help determine the optimal video creative style and cost that will meet your needs. Our extensive galleries of client video examples posted with prices can help you determine what style you want.

Concept and Scripting

Once the video style is chosen and a budget approved, we go to work on the marketing concept and scripting. Some clients already have a clear script and concept, while others know their goals, but prefer we develop the script and audio visual concept for them. In either case, it’s important to have an in-depth concept discussion before beginning the scripting process. Scripting is typically THE most important aspect of the video production process , so there are often several rounds of script edits done for storyboarding.

Audio-Visual Storyboard

Once the script is approved, we develop an audio-visual descriptive storyboard that matches up the script with visual descriptions. The visuals can be motion graphics, animations, b-roll footage, images, animated text or live-action footage. For motion graphics and animated explainer video production, we create an “animated storyboard” with artist renderings of the visuals that will be made into video later in the process. Storyboard approval is critical before actually starting the video creative production.

Actor or Voice Talent

Once the AV storyboard is approved, the client selects the spokesperson or voice over talent that will be used for the video. We have a huge talent pool of voice and spokesperson talent to choose from, including many foreign languages and accents. The voice or spokes talent is then recorded in a way that matches the storyboard inflections.

Video Production

At the same time as the voice talent is produced, we select and/or create the visuals for the video. This can be animations, motion graphics in 2D or 3D, a live shoot, stock b-roll footage, stock images, animated text or a combination of these elements. The audio voice over is combined with the visual elements to create a draft of the video for review.

Post-Production Edits

This is the final step in the video production process. Once your video is created with all of its elements, it is usually edited based on comments and feedback from the customer. In addition, a music track can be selected and added during the post-production process. Post production usually involves 1-2 rounds of edits before final approval and rendering in a format that works best for the intended use.
