Support Your DE&I Initiatives With This Free Women’s History Postcard

Jesse Albro

My wife and I could not be more excited to welcome our baby daughter this March, which also happens to be Women’s History Month. As a soon-to-be first-time parent, I’m constantly thinking about the world in which she’ll grow up and, eventually, have a career in. As an employee-communications professional, I’m always thinking about strategies companies can leverage to foster a more inclusive environment that allows everyone in their employ to reach their maximum potential.

Part of that strategy includes timely communications around important topics, which is why we’ve created a free Digital Postcard for this March to pay tribute to the amazing accomplishments of strong, determined women everywhere. The theme for 2022 is “Providing Healing, Promoting Hope” to honor the tireless efforts of caregivers and frontline workers during the pandemic, and to recognize the myriad ways women have provided both healing and hope throughout history.

Instructions on how to distribute this free resource to your employees can be found below. If you’d like us to add your company logo to the postcard, feel free to get in touch with my team between now and March 6, 2022.

P.S. I’ll also humbly accept any first-time parenting tips with open arms.

Ready to send to your employees?

We have multiple distribution options below. Choose the one that best works for your employee base.

Send a linked image in an email

One of the most common ways is to embed the image inline in an email and link the image to this link. Doing it this way ensures max visibility.

Prefer to use a QR code or a link?

Use the QR code below in printed materials. Employees just scan the code with a QR reader on their smartphones and it will take them to the postcard.
